Archived content at CIHI

We conduct regular reviews of our website content to maintain a high-quality user experience, to ensure that content is easy to find and to remove content that is outdated or no longer relevant.

Which content is archived?

Content that is outdated but still has value is archived. This applies only to files that were previously available on the website for download:

  • Reports
  • Data tables
  • Chartbooks

Archived content can be either requested from CIHI or accessed from the Library and Archives Canada online repository (where applicable).

Library and Archives Canada online repository

As part of the publication process, CIHI assigns ISBNs to PDF documents that require them. When a PDF that has an ISBN is published on our website, the PDF is submitted to the Depository Services Program (DSP), a service managed by Library and Archives Canada. The DSP maintains a free, searchable collection of permanently archived electronic publications online.
